Obituary of Helen Grigg

Peacefully at LHSC (Victoria Campus) on Tuesday, July 31, 2007. Helen Jean Grigg of Strathroy in her 77th year. Beloved wife of the late Russell Grigg (1993). Loved mother of Carol and Jim Ryan and Marty and Nellie Grigg all of Strathroy. Cherished grandmother of David (Charlene), Amanda (Ben) and Miranda and Elizabeth and great-grandmother of Kyler and Aleksander. Will also be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews and their families. She was pre-deceased by her brother John Kerr (1999), her sister Mary Nagy (2004) and her great-granddaughter Trinity (2000). Helen was a Rebekah Lodge Member for many years, a great community volunteer and much loved friend of many in the town. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Thursday, August 2 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, 34 Head St. N., Strathroy on Friday, August 3, 2007 at 11 Am with Rev. Fr. Willi Kammerer officiating. Interment in Strathroy Cemetery. A Lady Howard Rebekah Lodge service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday evening at 6:30 PM. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
