Obituary of Shawn Poirier

Suddenly at Four Counties Hospital, Newbury, on Sunday June 3, 2007, Shawn Robert Poirier in his 36th year. Much loved husband and best friend of Marla (Calcutt), loved and missed by his children Robbie, Rowan, Tanner and Jillian. Survived by his mother Debbie (Fred) Poirier, his brothers Michael (Holly), Andrew (Sherry) and Jonathan (Veronica) and their families. Also survived by his Granny Janine Poirier. Loved and missed by Bob and Marg Calcutt, Rob and Charlotte Burnham, Mark and Lisa Calcutt and their families. Predeceased by his father Robert Poirier (1986). Shawn will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W, Strathroy, on Wednesday, June 6th from 6-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2007 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Roger Gast officiating. Cremation to follow. A Private family interment at a later date. Donations may be made to the Newbury Fire Department, Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Mental Health Association.
