Obituary of Hendrika Lenders

Peacefully, at Spucedale Care Centre, on Wednesday, December 28, 2005. Drika Lenders of Strathroy in her 88th year. Predeceased by her husband Joe (1986) and granddaughter Angela (1982). Dear mother of Dorothy Sleegers (John), Frank Lenders (Iris), Jake Lenders (Joe), Peter Lenders (Wendy), Anne Chute (Ric), Gerald Lenders (Brenda), and Mary Janssen (Peter). Loving grandmother of David, Gary, Richard and Robert Sleegers, Ian and Joseph Lenders, Jason, Kristine and Ben Lenders, Peter and Michelle Arnsby, Michael, Mark and Reid Lenders, and Ricky and Joel Janssen and great-grandmother of Matthew, Karen and Monica Sleegers, Jamie Sleegers, and Robert Al-Jbouri. Also survived by her brother Wiel Wijnen and sister-in-law Gon Wijnen of Maasbree. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Friday, December 30 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, Strathroy on Saturday, December 31 at 11am with Father John Sharp officiating. Interment in All Saints Cemetery. Prayers will be held at the funeral home on Friday evening at 7 pm. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Covenant House or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
