Obituary of Ernest Kerr

At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, Sunday November 27, 2005, Ernest (Ernie) Raymond Kerr of Strathroy in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Florence Marie (Bowie) Kerr. Dear father of Joanne and Phil Rochus of Komoka. Loving grandfather of Brock Rochus of Toronto. Brother of Mattie Taylor, Ena Brown and Stella Greenwood. Predeceased by one sister Lillian Dolbear and brothers Albert, Wilbert and Clifford Kerr. Ernie was owner - operator of Brownsville General Store and Postmaster for Brownsville for many years. Visitation at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W., Strathroy on Thursday Dec. 1 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where a memorial service will be held on Friday Dec. 2 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Steve Boose officiating. Interment in Delmer Cemetery, Friday at 3 p.m. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or charity of choice.
