Obituary of Sylvia Hammer

At LHSC University Campus on Wednesday, March 2nd. Sylvia Ellen Hammer (Vanderhoek) of Alvinston Ontario in her 45th year went to be with the Lord and Saviour. Beloved wife of Koop (Ken) Hammer of Alvinston and dear mother of Brianna Hammer. Also survived by her parents Gerry and Grace (Vandermolen) Vanderhoek of Strathroy and sisters Greta and Mark Overgaauw of Erieau and Wilma and Peter Overgaauw of Beachville, and mother in law Ann Hammer of Holland. Also survived by many brothers and sisters in law and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father in law Helmich Hammer of Holland. Visitation will be held at the Providence United Reformed Church, Second Street, Strathroy on Sunday, March 6th, 2005 from 5:30 until 9pm. Funeral Service will be held from the church on Monday, March 7th, 2005 at 11am with Rev. Harry Zekveld officiating. Interment to follow at Strathroy Cemetery.
