Obituary of Evelyn Healy

At Strathmere Lodge, Strathroy on Thursday, January 6, 2005. Evelyn (Benstead/Smith) Healy of Strathroy in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Robert Smith (1964) and Thomas Healy (2000). Dear mother of Donald Smith and his wife Jean of Strathroy. Loving grandmother of Mike Smith and his wife Bernice of Strathroy. Great grandmother of Kyle and Ryan. Predeceased by 2 sisters Margaret Law and Florence Howard. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W. Strathroy on Sunday, January 9 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 12 noon until time of memorial service at 1 p.m. with Rev. Father Willi Kammerer officiating. A Legion Ladies Auxiliary service under direction of Legion Br. 116 Srathroy, will be held in the funeral home Sunday at 6:30 p.m. Cremation with interment in Strathroy Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
