Obituary of Lenard Congdon

Suddenly as a result of a work related accident in Fort McMurray, Alberta on Thursday, December 6, 2012, Lenard James Leroy Congdon of Strathroy, in his 33rd year. Cherished husband of Sara Borland. Loving and devoted daddy of Trevor, Nicholas and Tyson. Proud son of Ann White (Dave) of London and Leroy Holt (Barb) of London. Dear brother of Susan Holt, Judy Harper, Peter Holt (Angie), John Congdon (Candice) and Leanne Bauer. Survived by his grandmother Donna Marsh. Dearly loved by his mother and father-in-law Bob and Geraldine Borland of Strathroy and brother-in-law of Peter, Paul and Tania Borland. Len will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the East Christian Reformed Church, 476 Metcalfe Street East, Strathroy on Friday, December 14, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in Strathroy Cemetery. In memory of Len, donations may be made to Len and Sara's children.
