Obituary of Kathleen Thompson

At Strathmere Lodge, Strathroy on Saturday, August 17, 2013. Kathleen "Kay" Thompson (Arnold) of Strathroy in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd "Chub" Thompson (2004). Predeceased by her son Bruce (1977). Dear mother of Joan and Ron McCaw of London, Norm and Debra Thompson of Strathroy and Glenn and Margaret Thompson of Newbury. Loving grandmother of Tammy and Shawn McCormick, Heather and Kevin Rioux, Cindy and Troy Cameron, Jennifer Thompson and Mathew Thompson and Cailey Hamilton. Great-grandmother of Spencer and Benjamin McCormick and Ryleigh and Morgan Rioux, Danica Cameron and Brooklyn and Shea Rowell. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Sunday, August 18 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held at Denning Bros. on Monday, August 19 at 11 AM with Rev Kathy Fraser officiating. Interment Strathroy Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Kay.
