Obituary of Luisa Ataide

Peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, August 27, 2013. Luisa "Ziza" Ataide of Strathroy in her 64th year. Loving wife of Joseph Ataide. Dear mother of Lisa (John) Desa, Annabella (David) Macedo and Paula (Mike) Ponte. Predeceased by her grandson Jonathan (2008). Also survived by her grandchildren Monique (Moe), Nicholas, Mackenzie, Spencer, Noah and Lucas, brother Jose Carlos (Maria) da Silveira, sister Rita (John) Melo and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Thursday, August 29 from 5-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, Strathroy on Friday, August 30 at 10 AM. Interment to follow in All Saints Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Luisa.
