Into the Presence of the Lord from Country Terrace Nursing Home on Thursday, January 2, 2014. Muriel Mae Douglas (nee Newbury) formerly of RR#2 Strathroy at the age of 91. Beloved wife of Delmar Louis Douglas (2013). Dear mother of Karen Moore (Larry) of London, Dan Douglas (Linda ) of Strathroy, Gloria Greene (Toby) of Thomasville , Georgia and Ted Douglas (Roya Chamaneh) of St. Jacobs's. Also survived by her grandchildren Heather Leska (Erich), Vanessa Gosein (Mark McKenzie), Aaron Douglas (Natalia), Eden Douglas and Abigail Douglas and great grandchildren Esther and Daniel Jamieson, Arabella Leska and Brock McKenzie. Friends will be received at DENNING BROS. FUNERAL HOME, STRATHROY, on Monday, January 6th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 7th at 11:00 am, with visitation one hour prior, from Calvary Pentecostal Church, 301 Pannell Lane, Strathroy with Pastor Robert Esson officiating. Interment to follow in Strathroy Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to, Calvary Pentecostal Church or Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation.
