Words seem inadequate to express the sadness we feel about Arthur. He was such a wonderful man. He was a great companion to my mother. We will miss him so much: his jokes; his stories; his helping hands; his smile, and hugs. It seemed his greatest joy was making others happy, which we were whenever he was around. We share your grief in this time of bereavement.
With deepest sympathy and condolence,
Verhoeven, Reid, Denys and Hoeper Families

Sending sincere sympathy in the loss of "Arthur" It was only a week ago that Maria T. and I visited with him. His smile was always warm and friendly. Arthur always took time to say hello and have a chat and was a great neighbor. The video of his life with family and friends was amazing and much love shone forth. May God bless and hold him safe in his eternal home forever.
Thinking of you all at this time and may the good memories help to ease your loss.

Tom and I and the rest of the Folk Choir wish to extend our greatest condolences to the Families of Olga and Ruth on the loss of your father. What a wonderful man. He will truly be missed in the comunity and our folk choir. He had a handshake that was sincere and smile that made you smile and laughter that was infectious. Always ready and willing to help out with any function to make food, offer his place for a glass of wine (homemade), and delicious Portuguese elephant ears. He attended Christmas carol singsongs at Trillium Village, Spruce Dale and Strathmere Lodge and various places throughout the season. Arthur loved the Christmas carolling that ended up at the home of Carlos and Margaret Mederios , what a great way to start the holiday season. So much laughter and friendship was experienced with Arthur over the years and for this we are all truly blessed. With God may you rest our friend !!!

Sorry for your loss. Arthur was such a kind and friendly man. Always fun to be around and very generous...One of my fond memories: one day there was a knock on my door and Arthur was there with a bag full of fresh vegetables he had grown and was looking to share, this was after he visited with our neighbors doing the same!
Prayers to all of you!

My condolences to all of Arthurs family.
He was a very special guy while he was a custodian at Our Lady of Lourdes school in Delaware by offering an ear and comfort to a kid who was bullied. Arthur made a nasty situation bearable and I will be eternally grateful.
Rest in Peace Arthur

I remember Mr. Corrreia when I was a student at Our Lady Immaculate Elementary School. He was always smiling and he was proud of the job he did and the care that he took with us students...I also saw him at All Saints when I would go to services with my late mother, Jean. There were smiles and hugs and best wishes...Good memories always!
My sincere sympathies to your family.
