Obituary of Mac Herrington

Peacefully on January 12th, 2017 at Country Terrace; Mac Herrington of Strathroy, formerly of Arkona, in his 87th year. Lovingly remembered by his wife Marion Herrington (Tackaberry) for 59 years and by his children Ken (Cyndy) Herrington and Jack Herrington both of Kerwood. Dear grandpa to Toni (Craig) Sanders and Brad (Ashley) Herrington. Loving great grandfather to Joshua Wood, Blake and Nathan Sanders and Adalyn Herrington. Mac is remembered by his siblings; Kathlene Arrand (George+) and in-laws George Tackaberry (Joyce+), Ila Herrington (George+) and Eileen Herrington (Grant+). Predeceased by Donna Nelles (nee Herrington), Lorne Herrington, Donald Herrington, Helen Baxter (nee Herrington) and George Herrington. Mac is predeceased by his parents Ross and Mary Helen Herrington. Mac is survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Monday, January 16th from 1:00-3:00 pm at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY 519-245-1023 with a Memorial Service to follow at 3:00p.m. Rev. Karen Nelles officiating.
