Obituary of Manuel Pedrosa Gomes

On February 18, 2017 Manuel Gomes died peacefully, in the arms of his loving wife of 61 years, surrounded by their family. Manuel will be deeply missed by his cherished wife, Zulmira. A devoted father, he will be greatly missed by his only daughter and son-in-law, Maria Cecilia & Manuel De Sousa. A very proud and helpful Grandpa, he will always be remembered by Steven (Cindy) De Sousa and Andrew (Enny) De Sousa and his Great-Grandchildren, whom he adored, Evelyne, Penelope, Annabelle, Christiano, Jaxon, Liam and Yvo. Manuel is pre-deceased by his 7 siblings and will be missed by his extended family. Relatives and friends will be received at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY, 32 Metcalfe Street, Strathroy on Monday from 5-9 pm with parish prayers at 8:30pm. A mass of Christian burial will be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Parish on Tuesday, February 21 at 11:00 am with Fr. John Sharp officiating. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery.
