Obituary of Carol Anne Condon

With great sorrow we pass our Mother on to the hands of our Great Lord. Carol Condon (Green) peacefully passed away at home in London with her loving family surrounding her. She will be forever be remembered by her constant love for her family. Her dedication to the nursing profession for 43 years instilled a love for compassion and care giving guidance to her children and grandchildren to carry on for generations. Her family was always her first priority and the love she gave was insurmountable. She is loved eternally by her children Lisa (Dan), Amy, John (Kirsha) Julie, and Jenni (Andrew). She is survived by her beloved 18 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Cherished by her best friend Donna Cushman. Special thanks to Dr. George Kim (Dr. Eric Huh, and Dr. Sara Fairweather) and Byron Family Medical Centre staff and Paramed Nurse Raheal Ghirmay and all the other caregivers for their exceptional care of Mom in her final days.  A private family interment will take place in Woodland Cemetery at a later date.  As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.  Online condolences accepted at www.denning.ca
