Hennie Winters

Gone to be with her Lord, Hennie Winters passed away peacefully at Strathmere Lodge in Strathroy on November 5, 2017 at the age 95. Beloved wife of the late John Winters. Loving mother of Stan (Tamara) Winters, Frank (Joni) Winters, Fem (Ron George), Rosalie (Lawrence Hellinga), Tilly (Terry Berg) and Cindy Winters. Loved Oma of 12 grandchildren and great Oma of 7 great grandchildren. Sister of Gertie Winters. Predeceased by brothers Gerrit, Evert and Jan Van de Beld. Hennie will be remembered by many relatives in the Netherlands and Canada. The family would like to thank all the staff in Hickory Woods at Strathmere Lodge.

Visitation will be held at Providence United Reformed Church, 447 Second St, Strathroy, from 6-8 PM on Tuesday November 7, 2017. Funeral service will be held at the church at 11 AM on Wednesday November 8, 2017. Donations can be made to Providence United Reformed Church or Alzheimer’s Society.
