Obituary of Luis Raimundo Xavier

Xavier Luis, Passed away peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, Friday November 30, 2017 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Julia Garcia Vieira Xavier. Loving father of Maria (the late Doug Sr.) Stanley, Rui Xavier, Elizabeth Xavier, and the late Jose Xavier (2012) and Antonio Xavier (1973). He will be missed by his grandchildren; Doug Jr, Jason, Joanne, Cheria, Brianne, Chantelle, Jonathan, Kyle and the late Penny Michelle. Great grandfather to 11. Survived by his brother Jose (Regina) Xavier and his sister Theresa (Jorge) Duarte. Predeceased by his 3 brothers, Antonio, Ernesto, Olavo and his parents Joao and Emelia Xavier. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY 32 Metcalfe St. W. on Sunday December 3, 2017 from 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass will be held at All Saints Catholic Church, Monday December 4th, 2017 at 11 AM with Interment to follow.
