We want to express our condolences to you Helen and Don, Bob, and Margaret and Jerry and all the grandchildren. This is a difficult time in your lives and you will miss your father immensely. I have memories of visiting all of you when I was very young and we visited you on the farm. Later we met Helen the nurse periodically at Strathmere Lodge when my mother was there. After our children left the house we would come to visit your parents for a cup of tea and a cookie, and later after Tante Grietje died we would have tea with Uncle Bob. We sat on the porch enjoying the outdoors. We have good memories of those times. We were encouraged by his faith in his Heavenly Father.
We trust that God will comfort and sustaine you during these days ahead.
