Obituary of Alfredo Torneiro Antunes

It is with heavy hearts the family of Alfredo Antunes announces his passing on January 18^th, 2018 at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Maria Antunes for 58 years. Loving father of H. Manuel (Jeanette) Antunes and Lena (Jason) King. Cherished Avo of Stephanie (Trevor) McKillop, Brandon Antunes and Cody King. Proud Vovo of Evelyn McKillop. Predeceased by his brothers Jorge and Jose Torneiro. Survived by his sisters-in-law Emilia and Maria Torneiro and his brother-in-law Joe (Maria) Rolica. Alfredo will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 21^st, 2018 at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY from 2:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. with parish prayers at 4:30p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 22^nd at 11:00a.m. at All Saints Roman Catholic Church. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery, Strathroy.  As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Parkinson’s Society of Canada and the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
