Donald, Barbara Shirley It is with heavy hearts the family of Barbara Donald announces her peaceful passing on July 22, 2018 in her 78th year. Beloved wife of Jim. Mother to Nancy Storms, Rebel (Corinne) Storms, Robert (Tracy) Storms and step-mother to Rick Donald (Diane), Brad (Colleen) Donald and Chris (Donna) Donald, Shannon (Dan), Victoria (Rob). Survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents and survived by her sister Diane Hann of Nova Scotia. Barb was a woman who enjoyed the company of people. It didn’t take long before she would strike up a conversation that involved books, or knitting, with someone nearby. She also had a passion for writing and storytelling and has filled many pages and letters with various adventures from her life. She will be missed. As per the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 28th, 2018 at 2:00p.m. at Strathroy Cemetery.
