Obituary of Lonnie Toole

It is with heavy hearts the family of Lonnie Toole announces his passing at the age of 72. Cherished husband to Marge Joris of 20 years.  Loving father to Jen (Toole) Mootrey (Brian) and Trish Toole (fiancé Peter Cullinane). Proud step-father of Kevin Joris ( Fiancé Jody Moloy) and Craig (Vicky) Joris. Survived by his sister Cathy (Toole) Ryan. Predeceased by his siblings Joanne Winters and Fred Toole and brother-in-law Charlie. Lonnie will be missed by his sister-in-law Ilene and his nieces, nephews, granddaughters, grandsons, great-granddaughter,  and many other extended family members and friends.

Lonnie was born and raised in Sarnia Ontario. He loved his life long career as a boiler marker; working for the local 128 Union. Lonnie was an avid golfer. He had a great passion for singing and playing his guitar. He was also very fond of listening to country music.

Friends will be received at DENNING'S OF STRATHROY on Friday January 11^th, 2019 at 11:00am. Following the service there will be a light lunch and refreshments at the Strathroy Legion Branch 116 (266 Metcalfe St W, Strathroy). Donations in Lonnie’s memory can be made to the London Regional Cancer Program or the Watford Legion.
