Elisabeth was a delightful woman - generous and kind, and could cook like nobody's business! I will ever remember discovering that she made cabbage rolls for pot-luck meals (just like my own grandmother did!), and the delight on her face when she and her two best friends in the world made ollie bollen during the St. Andrew's Christmas bazaars and people snapped them up as fast as they could bag them! She brought smiles to many, and she will be missed by everyone who knew her.
On behalf of Mom and myself, our condolences to Ingrid and her family. Growing up as neighbours, it is ironic that Mom relocated to Strathmere last week, once again neighbours, however briefly. Our thoughts are with you.
