To Kevin and Craig and family, I am sorry that I cannot come to Strathroy for Helen's service. Due to some illness this past year I would not be able to travel as far in one day. Your Mom and Dad are lovingly remembered as those in the Strathroy church who welcomed a young inexperienced pastor and his wife. Your Mother was always so welcoming and easy to talk to. She did not hesitate to lovingly correct and advise. I have been thankful over and over for her honest friendship and love. i remember being at the farm, the trip to attend the Baptist Federation meetings in Nova Scotia and the many church campouts we enjoyed. You boys were young when Glen as called to Strathroy and we loved you too. I know this is a difficult time but what wonderful memories you share. Thank you, Craig, for bringing your Mother to Glen's service. That meant so much to me and I was sorry we didn't have more time to visit. I did not meet Merlyn's family,but I know that He and Helen were so happy to be together. With love and thanksgiving for a life lived in the Love of Christ. Starr
