I remember vividly being eight years old sitting in the back of his 1972 nova going to St. Thomas dragway with my older brother. Cecil was always very kind and generous with his time with me, and even as I turned into an adult and ran into Cecil again. He was always kind and nice to me, he is also this whole responsibility of the reason I have a strong love for Chevy novas and this week when I go to take my nova for cruise it’ll be dedicated to Cecil miss you bud , Tom Termeer

Cecil was really one of a kind, and I mean that given n the highest praise. He lived his life fully, experiencing the joys of a great family, a wonderful loving wife and even to strangers listening to their tales of their fortune be they good or bad and then always offering help whenever needed. He could be counted on. He lives now resting in the peace promised by our Lord in whom he believed and for always in the hearts and minds of all of us lucky enough to have known him. God bless you, now rest in piece.

My deepest sympathies to his Cecil’s family. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. Never got to know him that well but what I seen he loved all of you!
