Both Scott and I extend our deepest sympathies! I have many fond memories of Tara especially the time Tara and I went to the Spa at the Banff Springs Hotel...it was the best. Also I think we both went horse back riding. We had many laughs together. No doubt you are all missing her terribly, but know you all have many wonderful memories of the times you had with her. Dear Sharanne Rod and family
I remember the first time I saw Tara, we'd just moved in behind you. I saw Sharanne and Tara in the backyard laughing outrageously and I thought how wonderful and lucky for (what I assumed at the time to be) a mother and daughter getting along so well and so full of life. Tara is gone way to soon, but at least she lives on in her own daughters.

From a time which seems like many, many moons ago, we shared a bond. A bond that brought us close for a period of time until our paths were meant to go in a different direction. When I think about those times we spent together, all of our sleepovers either at your house or your Mom's, all of the school lunches when you would come to my Grandma's house because she was only three doors away from Orchard Park and just our play dates......I remember we had to have a bag of ketchup chips.....I remember us laughing so hard that we had tears running down our faces....I remember you falling off the bed from laughing so hard....crushing on one another's brothers.....the times we had were full of laughter and for that I am so thankful. I know we hadn't seen one another in years however, it was great to catch up on social media and for as much of a smile you brought to my life, I know you did the same for all the lives you touched. I pray for your family and I pray for you.....sleep peacefully Tara and thank you for all the of the wonderful memories that life time ago. You will be missed my friend, xoxo

Tara was a kind, competent, compassionate, funny and warm person whom our daughter loved spending time with at Adelaide MacDonald Public School. I have known Tara since Salvation Army days. She worked with my son Justin she was always so upbeat. She was a beautiful little girl inside and out. I always enjoyed working with Tara (mostly at Adelaide school). She was always friendly and eager to talk about her kids and family. She loved talking about her girls; especially their dancing. Whenever I seen her in town she always went out of her way to say hello. The last time that I seen her was at Crabby Joe's after I finished my first 'paint class'. I had never met her husband before but I remember so clearly thinking how wonderful it was for the 2 of them to be out on a Monday night holding hands with each other across the booth. After my paint class she was praising my friends and I on how well our painting were - she was always such a positive person! She had a great love for life and she will be greatly missed by all of the students that she helped and all of the staff she worked with. To her daughters that I have never met; she loved you girls so much!

I worked with her for many years, and can honestly say that she made every shift fun. She had a heart of gold and was a shining beacon in this world. She will be missed by all who knew her and were touched by her. May you be comforted by the love that surrounds you at this time. RIP Tara.

My heart goes out to Hugh, Amanda, Morgan and all Tara's family and friends. Tara was a dear friend of mine for 25+ years. We worked together in our first career job at Salvation Army. I loved her fun sense of humour (we were in our 20's), her smile (she had the best smile) and she never got into any drama. She was just good to everyone. Life got busy with families but we still kept up as much as possible. I enjoyed last summer seeing her at Cari's pool (with Morgan and her friend) and just this past November seeing both Tara & Hugh at our Christmas party. She will be deeply missed but always remembered by me and our good group of friends. Until we meet again TARA... CHEERS
