Obituary of Casey Engel

It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Robert Casey Samuel Engel in Calgary, AB on Friday, September 1, 2017 in his 28th year. Beloved son of Robert & Kathryn Engel. Dear brother to John (Mélissa) Engel and Sarah (Ryan) Demopoulos. Adored uncle to Alexia, Liliane & Eva Engel, and Jack & Luke Demopoulos. Casey will be greatly missed by close friends and family.

He was adventurous, kind and so thoughtful. He graduated from Strathroy District Collegiate Institute and proudly trained to serve in the Royal Canadian Navy before dedicating himself to his job at Schlumberger Limited in Alberta as the Bulk Plant Operator. It was an honour to have truly known him. 

Friends will be received at DENNING'S OF STRATHROY on Saturday, September 9th, 2017 from 1 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 2 p.m. Casey's favourite charities were Canadian Blood Services and Compassion Canada. Condolences may be left online at www.denning.ca.
