When I was struggling to put words together Amanda texted me with a simple: "That is so sad. She was lovely".
And that was the descriptive word I was looking for. Ruth was lovely.
She had grace and pose and style, like a Grace Kelly.
It was delightful to see her so delighted at family events.
People will know you by what you build, because what you build, if done right, lasts longer than ourselves.
And Ruth built well.
The evidence is found in her son Al -a pillar in our family- and in Carl and in Allison.
