Merrick, Ruth Ilene It is with heavy hearts the family of Ruth Merrick announces her sudden yet peaceful passing on July 17th, 2018 in her 91st year. Loving wife of the late Stanley Merrick (1996). Beloved mother of Alan (Janice) Merrick and Paul Merrick. Cherished grandma of Alison Hurley (Dan) and Carl Merrick (Emma). Proud GG of Brayden Hurley and another on the way. Ruth will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 20th, 2018 from 5:00p.m.- 8:00p.m. at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 21st at 11:00a.m. at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Strathroy Cemetery.
