Thinking of your entire family through this difficult time. Our sincere condolences to you all. Hazel was a special lady which is evident by the way she raised you all. I will fondly remember her at all our slo pitch games and always being our team's number 1 fan. I even liked her feisty side when we didn't get the proper call from the umps! Sadly, we are out of country and can not pay our respects in person. Giving you all a big hug!

So sad to lose my “Grandma Hazel”. Given our grandparents lived a bit far it was nice to have my “other grandma” just across the road! I fondly remember hugs, biking over to swim in the pool, the odd pick up or drop off at school in an emergency, hearing the stories of my parents playing a game or two (or 10) with Stub and Grandma Hazel, and my Dad walking over in the snow to grab the tractor from her barn to snowplow all of our driveways in the winter. I’m glad she is in a better place but she will be sorely missed. I’m fortunate to have such great memories of her. Many hugs to the entire Thompson family.

Sorry about your losing Mom , Hazel. She was a dear sweet woman. I remember very clearly when I sold your Mom her home at 2 Arva Court, Strathroy, On. I really enjoyed working with her. I remember the address, I just had to look up the date, It was July 1989, She took possession Sept 1, 1989. I am sure you have lots of happy memories with your Mom. I know I sure did working with her and seeing her several times after, I know she was very happy there and loved her family very much. Thinking of all of you.

So sorry to hear of the passing of your dear Mom. She raised a beautiful family and shared her love of life and strong athletic skills with them. I always enjoy hearing Barb and Sue share stories when we hit the greens about their mom and how she loved a round of golf enjoying it into her senior years. A life well lived.
